A few of the things we routinely do to make dealing with us a pleasure: *All of our products have free shipping. *There is a 30-day no-quibble trial period on all Artisan pure silver cables and any other Artisan-branded products (except custom orders). *Every cable is built by a human-being, who actually cares about and takes great pride in the end result. *Every cable is individually tested. *All customers have direct access to the boss of the company by email any time. Emails are always replied to (if they're not spam) and I attempt to answer all emails within 24 hours.
